About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition and Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and life cycle for experienced hires, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.

You will work closely with the wider People team to shape the firm's workforce through the development and deployment of effective talent management processes.

  • Manage the recruitment process and life cycle for experienced hires
  • Develop Role Profiles & Job Descriptions with Line Managers
  • Leverage a wide range of candidate sourcing techniques and source candidates using multiple channels
  • Maintain contact with candidates throughout the process to deliver a premium candidate experience
  • Advise, coach and develop stakeholders on recruitment policies and best practice
Talent Development

In addition to your recruitment responsibilities, you will also contribute to the talent development strategy and operational implementation across all experienced professionals.

You will manage the learning platform to provide our people with learning resources and a community where they can share and feedback.

Assist with the implementation of initiatives that encourage our people to take ownership of their own careers and learning.

About You

We are looking for a degree holder in Human Resource Management or a related business discipline with 4/5+ years' HR and talent acquisition experience.

You should have experience or exposure to delivering talent development plans and initiatives.

CIPD qualified is desirable but not essential.

You should be digitally minded with a desire to continuously improve our service through innovation and thinking differently.
