About Us:

We are seeking a Site Manager to lead building projects across Dublin and surrounding areas.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a range of sectors including high-spec residential, commercial buildings, life science facilities, data centres, and specialist environments such as cleanrooms and hospitals.

  • Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure safe, timely, and quality delivery.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour on site.
  • Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and safety documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures.
  • Liaise with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to drive progress.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 4+ years' experience in a site management role on building projects.
  • Strong background in at least one of the following sectors: residential, commercial, pharma, or industrial.
  • Excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations and safety standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., construction management, engineering, trade background with experience).
