About the Role

Royal London Ireland is seeking applications for a Pension's Case Manager to develop broker relationships and deliver excellent service promoting the provider of choice for pension products.


Contract Type: Permanent


Location: Dublin 2


Hybrid – office based 50% of the time



Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with brokers by providing top-notch service promoting Royal London as the leading provider for pension products.
  • Provide administrative support for the Sales Team ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service when handling diverse and complex enquiries from Brokers and policyholders.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain and continuously improve policies and procedures for service and administration tasks.
  • Contribute to the development of our pension offering.
  • Ensure all activities align with Treating Customers Fairly principles and the Consumer Protection Code.
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with Royal London policies and procedures.


About You
  • Hold QFA qualifications or be working towards them. APA certification is required.
  • Have experience processing and handling queries on all pension products.
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role is essential.
  • Able to meet deadlines/SLAs and manage priorities effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and administration skills.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills.
