Senior Physiotherapist (Specific Purpose) – Part Time Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team in a specific purpose role. This is an exciting opportunity for a physiotherapist to take on a challenging and rewarding position.

About the Role:

  • This part-time role involves working 22 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
  • You will be responsible for managing a caseload of outpatient musculoskeletal patients, mainly those with concussion and vestibular conditions.
  • Reporting to senior physiotherapy staff and under clinical supervision, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • CORU/ISCP registration and eligibility for ISCP membership are essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience is required, with postgraduate qualifications being advantageous.
  • Inpatient experience in orthopaedics and rehabilitation is essential, as is current permission to work in Ireland.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, along with strong commitment to high professional standards, are also required.
  • The ideal candidate will have an elective orthopaedic caseload and be available to start in mid-October.

  • To manage a caseload of patients with musculoskeletal conditions, providing high-quality assessment and treatment plans.
  • To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • To maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
