Lead Night Operations

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team as a Lead Night Manager.

This role is responsible for overseeing the night-time operations of our hotel, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our guests. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our guest journey.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with the team on departmental, hotel, and company activities, providing timely feedback and reports.
  • Verify payments upon guest check-in at night, following established procedures for various payment methods.
  • Anticipate and address any issues that may arise during the night to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will work closely with our dynamic team to deliver standout guest experiences and build a culture we're proud of.
