Business Development Manager Job Overview

This role is responsible for developing and executing the sales and business development strategy for the team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with key accounts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to ensure they are equipped to meet their targets.
  • Work closely with the Senior Management team to manage hotel bookings and availability to maximise revenue opportunities.

  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends.
