Director, Sales Development

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive pipeline generation and new business acquisition across our Upmarket East segments in Dublin, London, and New York.

You will lead, develop, and scale a team of 5 Front Line Managers and over 40 Sales Development Reps, consistently meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

This role requires an in-office hybrid schedule, with 3 days per week in the office or one of our other locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing hiring, mentoring, and development of SDR Managers and SDR's
  • Delivering against a series of monthly and quarterly revenue and pipeline generation goals
  • Driving sales performance: activity, pipelines, weekly forecasts, and closed deals to ensure quota attainment
  • Regularly reporting on team and individual results through pipeline management, forecasting, and strategic initiative reporting
  • Defining forward-looking strategies for our SDR approach and identifying areas of opportunity for improvement in process, efficiency, and productivity
  • Partnering with senior sales management, marketing, and other business partners to develop a successful GTM strategy
  • Advancing the skills and careers of our managers and individual contributors
