About this Role
The Enterprise Programme Management Office (EPMO) Manager will play a pivotal part in developing an effective EPMO function and its associated structures, systems, and processes. This includes understanding organisational objectives, collaborating with the team to shape and design business projects, and overseeing status reports for relevant programmes.
Responsibilities:
- Understand organisational objectives and work with the team to deliver on key strategic initiatives.
- Represent interfaces across the Group and with external stakeholders.
- Develop and manage status reports for relevant programmes.
- Work closely with members of the Clinical Groups, Executive Team, Clinical Leads, Commercial Leads, and National Leads to enable them to effectively contribute to the plan and deliver on its objectives.
- Define benefits and track benefits realisation in line with the programme approach.
- Manage risks and issues across the programme and help mitigate or escalate.
Requirements:
- 5+ years Programme Management experience.
- Database/analytics background.
- Cloud experience.
- Design of data warehouse as well as reporting and analytics experience.
- Experience in programme delivery in a clinical/healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Aptitude to learn quickly and apply knowledge across different contexts.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
