Job Title: Procurement Manager

We seek a procurement specialist to oversee purchasing and stock control, developing strategies to manage inventory levels effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with management to ensure accurate and up-to-date supplier records.
  • Maintain detailed reports of sales team stock orders and track shop stock levels based on demand and minimums.
  • Process orders efficiently and assist with supplier queries and returns.
  • Source new products to expand the product range and coordinate supplier-led promotions.
  • Partner with marketing teams on customer promotions and campaigns.
  • Meet suppliers regularly to negotiate terms and build relationships.
  • Review monthly reports on outstanding purchase orders and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of purchasing experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills are required for effective collaboration with suppliers.
  • The ability to multitask in fast-paced settings and make sound judgments in supplier selection and negotiations is crucial.
