Job Title: Head of Specialised Cleaning Team (Ireland & UK)

Description:

This role requires strong leadership and excellent time management skills to oversee professional specialised cleaning teams across Ireland and the UK. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the cleaning industry, a proven track record of managing large teams and projects, and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage specialised cleaning teams, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Develop and implement efficient time management strategies to optimize team performance and productivity.
  • Oversee and manage subcontractors, ensuring they meet company standards and contractual obligations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of cleaning teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all cleaning operations comply with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for team members.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, project status, and other key metrics to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within the cleaning industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and third-party vendors.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel across Ireland and the UK as required.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
