Job Title:
">We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and advice to site-based personnel and others, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
">Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Provide guidance and advice on health and safety matters to colleagues, subcontractor personnel, and other third parties.">
- Report accidents, incidents, and near misses in a timely and accurate fashion, and assist with investigations.">
- Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments, ensuring that management personnel put appropriate action plans in place.">
- Review corrective actions arising from incidents, inspections, and audits.">
- Ensure the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.">
- Assist with the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives.">
- Communicate HSE lessons learnt and other initiatives effectively.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you should have:
">- ">
- A third-level qualification in health and safety.">
- At least three years' experience in a similar role.">
- Previous main contractor experience based in Ireland or the UK.">
- A sound understanding of health and safety legislation and an ability to evaluate current and emerging trends in health and safety management.">
- Excellent initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to integrate well into a project team.">
