We are seeking a motivated Events Manager to join our team.

This position will be a key part of our wider Clients & Markets (C&M) team, providing marketing consultancy related services to partners and managers in the firm.

  1. End-to-end management of several strategic network events, including selection and liaison with speakers, venue identification and management, resource planning and coaching, overseeing invitation and response management process, driving progress and actions.
  2. Management of Strategic Networks within Ireland, including Alumni, Boardroom, and other networks assigned.
  3. Leading out on Marketing Campaigns with a focus on key sector areas.
  4. Preparing detailed project plans for events and roundtables, including clear recommendations for preferred options and detailed costings. Overseeing the implementation of these plans once approved.
  5. Working with stakeholders to deliver events that are commercially focused, relevant, and unique.
  6. Optimizing and managing operational event management processes to introduce consistency and efficiency to our event delivery model.
  7. Managing assigned marketing campaigns to ensure marketing plans are executed effectively.
  8. Collaborating with other members of the Events and Sponsorship and Marketing Campaign teams – providing management and coaching to more junior team members in delivering high-quality event experiences.
