Production Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Production Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to the operation of the AU/CSCA formulation schedule, ensuring product delivery to filling lines per Heijunka requirements. Supervising daily quality activities and liaising with formulation supervisors on quality priorities will be key responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the AU/CSCA formulation schedule, ensuring timely product delivery to filling lines.
  • Supervise daily quality activities in the Formulation department, collaborating with formulation supervisors to prioritize quality initiatives.
  • Represent the Formulation department in internal and external quality-related audits, guaranteeing all CCFs and ECCs are completed on time.
  • Implement DBS Visual aids to track projects across departments, facilitating effective collaboration and communication.
  • Delegate tasks to ensure departmental goals and targets are achieved, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Coordinate 4E Safety Risk assessments for the department, ensuring engineering and safety actions are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Conduct equipment calibration and maintenance, guaranteeing optimal production efficiency.
  • Participate in technical investigations and validation processes as required.

Qualifications:
  • Level 8 Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent field.
  • Minimum two years' relevant experience in a formulation/manufacturing environment.

Location & Employment:
  • Shannon, County Clare, Ireland.
  • Full-time employment.
