Web Application Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Web Application Specialist to join our team in Ireland. The successful candidate will work closely with our development team to design, develop and implement high-quality web applications using modern frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Frontend Development: Develop and implement dynamic, user-facing web application features using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other modern frontend technologies.
  2. Integration: Integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs to enable real-time data updates.
  3. Design Implementation: Translate design concepts and functional requirements into responsive, accessible and interactive web components.
  4. Performance Optimisation: Optimize frontend performance by refining scripts, compressing assets and minimizing resource loads.
  5. Cross-Device Compatibility: Ensure cross-device and cross-browser compatibility for all web interfaces.
Requirements
  1. Technical Skills: Proficient in building responsive and interactive user interfaces using React, integrating data through REST APIs and WebSocket-based streams.
  2. Backend Communication: Skilled in handling asynchronous REST API interactions and real-time event processing via WebSockets.
  3. Teamwork and Workflow: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a small, focused development team.
  4. Innovation and Technology Adoption: Strong enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technologies, particularly within the AI domain.
