We are seeking a seasoned commercial professional to lead our strategic customer relationships in the On Trade market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing joint business plans, and building strong partnerships with key customers.

About this role:

  • Develop and execute annual joint business plans that drive engagement, investment, distribution, growth, and cash management for our portfolio of brands.
  • Negotiate budgets and discounts to enhance commercial outcomes and maximize return on investment.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategies and joint plans, ensuring seamless execution and positive results.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has at least 3 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in the On Trade sector.
  • Is curious about industry trends and driven to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Able to learn from experience and adapt strategies to maximize investment returns.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Strategy:
  • Set and achieve targets for Net Sales Value (NSV), volume, profit, and cash flow for our portfolio of brands.
  • Develop and implement digital strategies aligned with business goals.
Relationship Building & Management:
  • Use your skills and market insights to drive performance and growth.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers contributing significantly to On Trade revenue.
