Job Overview:

The Health and Safety Coordinator role involves implementing and managing Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor and implement the company's EHS Management system
  • Provide guidance on health and safety matters to management and employees
  • Ensure overall compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety statutory provisions and legislation
  • Deliver Health and Safety training programmes for new employees and sub-contractors
  • Coordinate the review and development of task-specific EHS documentation
  • Conduct regular site audits and report findings to senior management

Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant third-level qualification in Environmental, Health and Safety
  • 1+ years' experience working on large projects
  • Hold a full, clean driving license
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently and exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills
