Key Responsibilities:- Greet and engage with customers on the banking hall floor, enquiring about their needs and providing solutions to resolve any issues they may be facing.
- Guide customers to self-service options, such as mobile apps, internet banking and kiosks, to help them manage their finances efficiently.
- Direct customers to Teller/Customer Service staff as required, ensuring that all queries are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Handle basic queries and complaints, escalating complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
- Engage with customers using iPads, updating their information and sales needs to provide a seamless experience.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a high standard of service and awareness of its importance.
- Resilience and hard work in a busy work environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively as part of a team.
- Able to adapt to new technologies and use digital platforms for customer self-service.
