Food Safety and Systems Junior Specialist

This role involves defining and implementing food safety guidelines for internal use based on central team and external organization standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and HACCP principles to maintain quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections/audits, implement control measures and enforce good hygiene practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation control.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and attending internal and external audits including ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, FSMA, Ferrero Food Safety and Quality Industrial Audit, and Ferrero Self-Assessment Audits. They will also collaborate with other departments in different audit activities such as SMETA.

This role requires a strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A degree in Food Science or equivalent is required along with 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
