As a Senior Manager in our Accounting Advisory team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects, collaborating with clients and their auditors, and providing guidance on intricate accounting matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with clients' executive teams and auditors to provide subject-matter expertise and drive conclusions on complex accounting issues.
  • Lead client engagements and oversee operational due diligence for complex transactions such as IPOs, acquisitions, divestitures, stock offerings, and debt raises.
  • Deliver financial and regulatory information in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on projects related to new accounting standards.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and implement changes within the organization.
  • Mentor managers and consultants, fostering engagement team professional growth and providing constructive feedback.
  • Lead firm-wide initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Play an active role in recruiting, client relationship building, and business development efforts.
Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or solid accounting experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Eight plus years of experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting and/or finance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Strong technical skills and working knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, and US GAAP.
  • Proactive approach to identifying client needs and effective in building strong client relationships.
  • Highly organized and focused individual with the ability to set overall engagement expectations and direction.
  • Effective analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, ethical, and dependable candidate.
  • Commitment to quality client service and positive resolution of conflicts.

Preferred Skills:

  • Higher-level training or education in a relevant field.
  • Developing firm training materials and contributing to the firm knowledge base.
