As a seasoned Event Management Leader, you will play a pivotal role in optimising revenue and guest satisfaction. This senior professional will oversee the Meeting & Events Department, ensuring seamless execution from initial enquiry through to event handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day sales and event planning, driving business growth and customer engagement
  • Direct a team of skilled M&E professionals, fostering collaboration and expertise
  • Plan, manage, and oversee the M&E team's workflow, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality outcomes
  • Monitor customer satisfaction feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted solutions
  • Resolve outstanding issues promptly, maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Complete weekly forecasts, plans, and productivity reports, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making
  • Prepare annual departmental operating budget and financial plans, aligning with organisational goals and objectives
  • Monitor budget and upsell products to increase revenue, driving business expansion and success

The ideal candidate has at least two years' experience as a Senior Event Manager/Director of Meeting and Events in a high-volume environment. Key attributes include:
