Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to fill a critical role in our operations. This is a site-based position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of working in cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop user requirements for DeltaV modules
  • Review and approve related design documentation
  • Collaborate with local site project teams to scope changes on the DeltaV system
  • Participate in Agile sprint teams for software development
  • Assist in commissioning and qualification activities, including FATs, loop testing, onsite commissioning, and testing
  • Provide education to local project teams on automation standards
  • Partner with internal Digital departments to ensure standard and secure implementation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical field
  • At least 5 years of experience in DeltaV application
  • Experience in commissioning DeltaV systems in GMP and batch 3 manufacturing facilities
  • Excellent understanding of cGMP's, SDLC methodologies, and LEAN/MPS/Sigma principles
  • Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
