Family Law Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Family Law Specialist to lead our team in delivering exceptional legal services.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex family law matters, including divorce, separation, financial settlements, and child-related cases.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of family law matters, ensuring timely completion and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Draft and review legal documents and agreements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide clear, compassionate, and pragmatic advice to clients, addressing their concerns and needs effectively.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and, where required, at court hearings, advocating for their interests with confidence.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland.
  • Proven experience in family law (minimum 1 year PQE desirable, though all levels considered).
  • Strong technical knowledge of family law procedures and processes, with a keen understanding of relevant legislation and case law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach that resonates with clients.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with ease.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role.
