We are seeking an experienced Conference and Banqueting Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our events department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of conferences, banquets, and other events at our hotel.

  • Manage conference and banqueting facilities to optimize availability and client experience","
  • Collaborate with sales to understand event requirements and preferences","
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of conferences, banquets, and events","
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients during event execution","
  • Ensure timely feedback collection and analysis for quality delivery","
  • Oversee and manage banquet and event staff","
  • Develop and implement SOPs for C&B department","
  • Maximize revenue and profitability from market segments","
  • Effectively manage conference/event enquiries, databases, reports, and site inspections","
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the department","

  • Results-driven with ability to work independently and in a team","
  • Previous supervisor experience in C&B/F&B","
  • Strong leadership and time management skills","
