Job Title: Compliance Administrator

This is a broad and vital role supporting the Group Compliance Manager, combining elements of HR administration, Health & Safety coordination, and ISO standards compliance.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day responsibilities and is looking to contribute across several key business areas.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Maintain and update ISO documentation and compliance records.
    • Support the preparation and coordination of annual ISO audits.
    • Assist with implementing any changes or improvements to ISO processes and procedures.
    • Liaise with internal teams to ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards.
  • General Compliance Support:
    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Group Compliance Manager.
    • Maintain accurate records and assist with internal reporting requirements.
    • Coordinate and manage compliance-related documentation across departments.
  • HR & Health & Safety:
    • Assist in the administration of HR policies, procedures, and onboarding processes.
    • Support ongoing H&S initiatives and help ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee and safety records.

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience in a compliance, HR, H&S, or ISO-related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with compliance or HR systems is a plus.
