Our company is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Electro Mechanical Applications Engineer.

Job Overview

This position will involve working with a dynamic team of engineers to cover various aspects of hardware-mechatronics, software application, integration and test. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, as well as developing appropriate tests for new products or product enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have 4 years' experience in a similar technical role, preferably with a diploma level qualification in a mechanical, electronics or electrical discipline. They should also have experience with prototype building and debug, data analysis and report creation, and wireless networking/data communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Electro-Mechanical Engineer/Technician or similar technical role
  • Diploma level qualification in a mechanical, electronics or electrical discipline
  • Experience with prototype building and debug, including hardware, electronics, optics, cameras and illumination
  • Ability to develop appropriate tests for new products or product enhancements
  • Good customer facing skills, with ability to travel to customer sites
  • Experience with analysing data and creating reports based upon results
