Job Opportunity

Seek a role as an Administrative Director where you will manage funded research projects in the Faculty of Education and Lifelong Learning.

This position involves working with stakeholders across faculties, HEIs, funding agencies, and international partners to advance research capacity and outputs. You will contribute to building a strong research environment, supporting publication, dissemination, and impact of research taking place in the faculty.

The Faculty offers a range of programs at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and is active in various domains including adult education, literacy development, teacher training, management and leadership, and higher education teaching and learning.

As part of this team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple research projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
  • Supporting faculty initiatives that enhance research capacity and output
Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing research projects and collaborations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • A strong understanding of educational research and its application
