We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Team Leader to join our team at Raheen Co-op Superstores in Limerick. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead by example and drive a safety-first culture on site, while delivering excellent customer experience, optimising sales, and improving store standards.

  • Lead a high-performing sales team and foster a positive work environment
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance
  • Manage stock control and inventory levels to maximise efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and integrity
