Chief Sales Director

Your role as Branch Manager involves overseeing a large insurance sales office, where you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives and Advisors to achieve their best performance.
Key Responsibilities- Direct branch operations to meet performance targets and sales goals, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of growth and development among staff, recognizing and rewarding high-performing individuals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients across multiple sectors by developing targeted prospecting strategies.
- Lead the sales process from initial contact to follow-up renewals, driving revenue growth through direct selling and account management.
- Conduct regular 1-1 meetings with team members to set targets, review performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Pursue regional objectives, including sales targets and loss ratios, in collaboration with other branch managers.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in sales, relationship management, and people leadership.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, time management, and conversion rates.
- Hold a CIP qualification and possess a full clean driving licence.
Essential skills include sales, customer service, insurance, people management, client relationship management, communication, leadership, KPI management, business development, delegation, commercial awareness, coaching, and mentoring.
