Clinical Director Support Coordinator

This is a key position within the organisation, responsible for providing administrative support to the Regional Clinical Director (RCD) and Chief Clinical Director (CCD).
The role will involve ensuring that the RCD has the necessary resources available to effectively discharge their duties, as well as supporting the CCD office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating meetings and preparing relevant documentation
- Managing the operation of the RCD's and CCD's office
- Ensuring timely briefing of the RCD on upcoming events and matters requiring attention
Requirements:
A strong understanding of administration principles and practices is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
