ABA Therapist Role

This position involves providing ABA therapy to children of all ages and abilities.

  • We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality services that promote positive behavior, increase quality of life, and enable individuality.
  • A successful candidate will have experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and be able to implement individualized applied behavior programming under the direction of a BCBA.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement individualized applied behavior programming under the direction of a BCBA, including direct 1:1 ABA therapy.
  2. Teach ABA, social, and daily living skills.
  3. Effectively respond to and minimize difficult or disruptive behaviors.
  4. Create a fun, motivating experience to generate the highest level of performance for every individual.
  5. Collect data on ABA programming targets and utilize an online system to enter, track, and view progress.
