The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to work in a specialist area in a top tier law firm. We are seeking an ambitious litigation Associate to join our highly regarded products team. This role involves managing complex product liability litigation, both at group and multi party level in a national and global context.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • We require 1-5 years post qualification defence litigation experience.
  • Experience in product liability litigation, particularly life sciences product liability defense, will be an advantage.
  • Candidates with EU and Irish regulatory law experience in fields such as medical / healthcare litigation, medical negligence, competition, financial regulation, data privacy, or will be considered.
  • We require interest and passion in progressing and specialising in this space.
