Associate Director – Civil and Environmental Engineering

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Associate Director to lead our Circular Economy and Environmental team in Ireland.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee civil and environmental design teams to deliver projects on time and within quality standards.
  • Develop new business opportunities and client relationships.
  • Mentor team members to foster professional growth.
  • Create technical reports and tender documentation.
  • Collaborate with Project Owners for planning and managing workflows.
  • Ensure quality assurance and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate among team members for deliverables.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Level 8 or 9 qualification in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or related field.
  • Chartered Engineer status.
  • At least 15 years of design and project leadership experience.
  • Proven multi-disciplinary design management skills.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Track record of business growth.
  • Budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Collaborative and adaptable approach.
  • Problem-solving mindset and self-motivation.
  • Valid full driving license.
  • Experience with Oral Hearings is desirable.
