Digital Architecture Specialist

This role involves contributing to the digital transformation of an organization by shaping and directing its digital landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive technical and functional skill set, capable of delivering high-quality solutions within a dynamic and fast-moving financial services environment.

The specialist will design and implement scalable, robust, and secure digital solutions that enhance and streamline business processes. They will ensure alignment of digital solutions with overall enterprise architecture and business goals.

Key responsibilities include collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. The specialist will also engage with business units to understand their needs and challenges and propose digital solutions that deliver value and drive efficiency.

Key Skills
  • Technical proficiency in a range of technologies, including enterprise integration tools, middleware, APIs, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of messaging patterns, endpoint security, and data modeling.

Additional skills required include experience in integrating new digital solutions with existing systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration tools like Mulesoft. Familiarity with data migration and ETL processes is also necessary.

The specialist will provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards. They will also mentor and support team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Security and compliance are critical aspects of this role, requiring the specialist to ensure that all digital solutions meet security and regulatory requirements. This includes implementing security best practices and conducting regular security assessments.
