We are seeking a skilled Desk Concierge to join our team. This is a permanent role based onsite, 39 hours per week. The successful candidate will oversee the concierge operations and ensure that all guests receive the highest level of service before, during and after their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipating their needs to deliver an exceptional service.
  • Assist guests with luggage, directions, transport arrangements, and local recommendations.
  • Manage guest cars in accordance with procedures and ensure the safe handling of belongings.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services and local amenities to assist with reservations for taxis, restaurants, theatres, flights, and events.
  • Handle guest correspondence and enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth communication with colleagues and management, attending briefings and training sessions.
About You
  • Prior experience in a luxury hotel or concierge role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills are essential.
  • A professional appearance with a genuine passion for guest service is required.
