Job Description

The Mechanical Supervisor will oversee the execution of all mechanical works, ensuring teams operate within defined standards and adhere to safety, quality, and cost control protocols.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Acting as the main point of contact for the project and providing information to various departments as required.
  2. Managing sites to ensure effective team management and operation within defined standards.
  3. Identifying potential issues and risks to both project delivery and budget in advance.
  4. Ensuring high-quality workmanship is delivered by a team of multi-skilled operatives, sub-contractors, apprentices, and agency workers.
  5. Delivering an efficient and cost-effective customer-focused operational repair service covering all maintenance and repairs activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications

A successful candidate should possess:

  • A HND or Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Mechanical Building Services installations.
  • Keen focus on Health and Safety.
  • Excellent written communication skills and confidence when communicating with key project stakeholders.
