Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Deputy Logistics Expert in a consortium led by our organization. This project aims to strengthen democratisation, good governance, and conflict prevention in third countries.

The Deputy Logistics Expert will be responsible for managing logistics of large-scale international operations, including knowledge of technical and telecom equipment for Election Observation Missions (EOM). A strong understanding of EU institutions, procedures, and working languages is essential.

Key qualifications include:

  • Advanced degree in economics, management, or business; alternatively, 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in EU EOM working language (C2)
  • Knowledge of logistics in large-scale international operations, including category II: 5+ years and category III: 2+ years of experience
  • Coordination-level experience and proficiency in host country/regional operations

This position requires advanced skills in coordination, teamwork, and time management. The intended start date is January 2026, with a contract period of 48 months.
