Property Management Role

This position is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven individual with experience in the property sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a proportion of our large property portfolio, working closely with our regional Maintenance Teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Exceed resident expectations by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Effectively manage and communicate progress to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Schedule and manage maintenance requests, allocating jobs to on-site Technicians or External contractors.
  • Organise and oversee apartment check-out and check-in inventory reports and schedule resident move-outs and move-ins.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recharge residents for damages during or after their tenancy and ensure deposits are released as per policy.
  • Coordinate facilities management, including planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
  • Raise work orders, purchase orders, and manage invoice workflow.
  • Manage central stock levels of parts, replacement items, and maintain an audit of on-site appliances and furniture.
Requirements:
  • PRSA license desirable but not essential.
  • Full clean drivers license.
  • At least 1 year's experience as an Operations/Property Manager.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
