Job Overview

We are seeking an Area Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new clients, booking CPDs and introductory meetings, quoting and winning opportunities, and supporting project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, a strong sales background, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to interpret site investigation data and prepare detailed treatment designs.

The role requires a proactive approach, with the ability to negotiate contract terms, manage client relationships, and drive additional business. A full driving licence is also essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt and progress new opportunities
  • Undertake online and in-person site visits
  • Work with our engineering team to prepare and design solutions
  • Interpret site investigation data to assist with treatment designs
  • Prepare pricing and quotations
  • Negotiate contract terms
  • Manage client relationships and drive additional business

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Growth mindset and curiosity
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • Relevant qualification in construction, engineering, or surveying sectors
  • Knowledge of grouting, structural support, void filling, slab lifting, water management, and subsidence problems
  • Proven proactive sales experience and account management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
