Food Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food Service Professional to join our team. As part of a leading resort, this role requires flexibility and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule
  • Breakfast: 10:00 – 11:30 (Daily)
  • Lunch: 11:30 – 16:30
  • Dinner: 17:00 – last sitting 20:30
  • Little Fig: 09:00 – 13:00 (weekends only; weather dependent)
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.
  • Set up tables, serve food and beverages to guests in line with five-star standards.
  • Deliver a warm, engaging, and professional customer experience.
  • Support private functions and corporate events.
  • Assist in training junior staff and maintain service standards.
  • Be flexible to assist across other Food & Beverage outlets at the resort when needed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar F&B or hospitality role.
  • Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage during busy service periods.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
