We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-focused Customer Trust Advocate to join our team at Merantix. This role involves working closely with the Product Insights & Diagnostics team to resolve customer technical issues and develop cloud-based runbook support automations. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to quickly diagnose complex technical issues.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Triage incoming support tickets for Autodesk products
  • Act as the customer liaison with engineering team
  • Research, verify, and document product defects
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction and trust in our products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimize existing processes
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills to effectively handle customer inquiries

The ideal candidate should have a 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with at least 6 years of experience in the architecture or manufacturing domain. They should also have strong experience with Agile Software Development practices and tools, and be proficient in using various CAD products such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Fusion 360, or Inventor.
