Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Policy Management Officer to join our team in Dublin 12. As part of our multicultural team, you will be responsible for administrating a portfolio of Corporate Clients and ensuring that we exceed their expectations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.


Key Accountabilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of Corporate Clients
  • Responding to client queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Working closely with Sales Managers and brokers to ensure seamless client service
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with internal clients

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a Policy Management/Administration role in the Insurance/Financial Services sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English and German
