Job Title

The Corporate Travel Administrator will provide administrative support to our corporate travel department. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and coordinate corporate travel arrangements for employees and executives.
  • Liaise with various travel agencies and companies to book and cancel travel arrangements.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date travel records, spreadsheets, and calendars are maintained.
  • Process and track travel agency invoices on a regular basis.
  • Prepare high-quality travel reports for the payroll team.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in travel coordination.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
