Sales Executive OpportunityWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling insurance policies, liaising with customers and insurance companies, and achieving targets.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class customer service to clients.
- Manage motor, household, and van insurance policies.
- Liaise with customers and insurance providers on queries and instructions.
- Offer expert guidance to customers across a range of products.
- Process insurance policies in accordance with regulatory standards and GDPR.
- Handle customer payments efficiently.
- Take high-level customer calls primarily inbound, occasionally outbound.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets while meeting key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Excellent product knowledge and expertise.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- APA Qualification with the Insurance Institute of Ireland.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable but not essential.
