Job Title: Service Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of professionals in the aftersales service sector.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our client's growing team based in County Laois.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 3 Account Managers to ensure customer demands are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve aftersales service performance.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and coordinate resolutions.
- Oversee reactive callouts and planned maintenance visits.
- Prepare regular reports on aftersales service performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in aftersales service management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of customer service best practices and aftersales processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use metrics to drive decisions.
