Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the supplier price file and ensure timely resolution of any price queries that arise.
  • List new product lines, process purchase orders, and oversee deliveries for promotional and seasonal items.
  • Ensure accurate Repak packaging and space planning information is updated onto the system.
  • Update the promotional folder with relevant details required by Marketing colleagues.
  • Request promotional offers and discounts from suppliers.
  • Maintain up-to-date trading agreements on file.
  • Coordinate with Far East suppliers regarding purchase orders, packaging style, shipping marks, and Letters of Credit.
  • Monitor container arrivals and confirm correct duty rates have been paid.
  • Book containers and allocate stock as needed.
  • Collaborate with Accounts and Store colleagues to address daily issues.
