We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Quality Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance across all homes.

This key leadership position involves championing best practice, regulatory standards, and driving a culture of quality and resident-focused care. You will work closely with Nursing Home Managers to provide guidance and oversight in maintaining high standards of care aligned with HIQA regulations and Sonas policies.

The role involves leading the implementation of quality assurance systems, audits, and improvement plans. You will also plan and conduct regular audits across all homes to monitor compliance, safety, and care quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance and oversight to PICs in maintaining high standards of care aligned with HIQA regulations and Sonas policies.
  • Leading the implementation of quality assurance systems, audits, and improvement plans.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with current NMBI registration.
  • Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management, quality improvement, or clinical governance (essential).
  • In-depth knowledge of HIQA standards, healthcare regulations, and person-centered care frameworks.
