Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a healthcare setting with elderly residents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships
  • Good understanding of HIQA standards and guidelines for nursing care
  • Valid NMBI PIN and decision letter
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
