Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering secure, scalable directory and integration solutions across complex enterprise environments.

As a key member of our team, you will work on impactful projects that help transform how our clients operate. You will play a critical role in administering and supporting Active Directory infrastructure, including Certificate-based authentication and enrolment, Encrypting File System (EFS), and SSL/TLS configuration.

In addition, you will manage and maintain core services such as Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), and Windows File Server. You will also design, implement, and troubleshoot Group Policies (GPO) and maintain a large DNS environment with multiple zones.

Responsibilities include building and deploying laptops and desktops using Windows Deployment Services (WDS), developing Bash and PowerShell scripts for automation, software deployment, and reporting, and implementing and managing Hybrid Active Directory deployments, Single Sign-On (SSO), Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Intune.

You will monitor system performance and event logs for system and security issues, perform in-place upgrades of Windows Server environments, collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve server infrastructure, and provide remote and on-site support to IT users, including documentation and procedural guidance.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize server infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Systems Administrator
  • Microsoft professional certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or MCITP Server Administrator
  • Strong expertise in Active Directory, DHCP, GPOs, WSUS, Windows File Server, Windows Deployment Services (WDS), Bash and PowerShell scripting, Hybrid AD, SSO, Teams administration, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize server infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
