Rigid Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Rigid truck driver to undertake safe and efficient deliveries across Cork and Kerry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a rigid truck safely and efficiently to deliver goods across designated routes in Cork and Kerry, ensuring timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any issues or concerns that may arise, to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other drivers and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery operations, optimize route planning, and enhance overall service quality.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed and submitted as required, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • C1 Driving Licence (desirable) or CE Driving Licence (preferable)
  • Safe Pass certification, demonstrating a commitment to road safety and responsible driving practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines.
  • High level of physical fitness, ensuring the ability to withstand the demands of long hours and physically demanding tasks.
