Job Title: Tax Compliance Specialist
Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Tax Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tax-related obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file tax returns, submit refund claims, perform account reconciliations, carry out data validation, and ensure timely tax payments.

  • Work with external service providers to meet tax compliance obligations.

  • Ensure accurate completion of templates for tax payments, journal entries, and monthly account reconciliations.

  • Provide guidance, advice, and support on tax-related matters to Legal, Finance, and the wider business.

  • Assist the EMEA and Global Tax Teams with tax projects, such as tax system implementation/automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support tax audits/enquiries as they arise.

  • Prepare and maintain process documentation.

  • Maintain compliance and risk trackers.

  • Manage suppliers.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.

  • At least 3 years of experience in indirect tax, preferably in a multinational environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Power BI.

  • ERP experience, ideally Oracle or SAP.

  • Experience with data analytics tools/tax software is an advantage.
